Hot breakfast the next morning was largely Jetson-style. Non-descript greasy sausage links and gritty powdered scrambled egg. Biscuits and Gravy - biscuits were presented while frozen. Gravy was burnt on bottom of pot. Would recommend any one of a number of other local eateries over here.
Stayed 3 nights for a wedding in the area, rooms clean and neat, staff- desk & housekeeping were top notch- friendly..
My room had a bullet hole through the outer window. I was told that it was slated for repair. Room was clean and comfortable, but I had no clue how to work the TV remote. Bed was comfortable. Drapes had pulled away from the rods.
Service was excellent! I had accidentally selected the wrong date online. They worked with me, moved the date and let me check-in same day. Great room, clean, warm pool.
Hotel is in transition from another chain. Certain ammenities are not yet fully functional. No elevator to second floor, so must carry bags up. Swimming pool is there, but had some issues with interior windows.
It looks like most everything has been updated. It's not the best but nice for the price and am satisfied. Staff has been very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.
I will have to something really good about management......i had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks, and the GM James Heister was ABSOLOUTELY the BEST. Goes well and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with so much on his hands and multi-tasking all day long, always a great smile on his face. Made us feel like family...the same goes for Asst. Mgr. Kirsten . I'm going to really miss you two.
On a BAD NOTE one of their employees by the name of Jennifer (trouble maker), don't have anything nice to say about her...several times I overheard her yelling, screaming and cussing at James...very unprofessional, always calling in sick, but found out she was working at another place when she should have been here at her job. Just lying, NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!
