I love this Walk in cLinic. I've had to frequent this place and I have only once waited more than half hour, usually I'm in and out in an hour total. and they are very thorough in determining what's wrong. I'll always go back and highly recommend this place.
I called 1st and set up an appointment so that when I walked in the office and signed in I was with a P.A. within 5 minutes. The employees who I dealt with were professional and courteous to me. The P.A. diagnosed what was wrong with me and prescribed medication for me. They called the pharmacy and I left to pick it up. I do not know how they could have been any better. Three days after my visit I got a phone call asking how I was doing ! I did not expect their call at all. I just want to thank the Parkview walk-in clinic for what they did for me.
This was my first experience of using a "walk in clinic ".I was in and out in less than a half an hour. Meds were called in .The entire place was very professional !
Came in today checked in. I asked how long the wait would be they said probably 15 mins only 1 ahead of you been here over an hr and still nothing went to desk aske how much longer said only on ahead of you same as when i checked in. She said i can remove you from list if you want. Nothing do i see here that is about customer care all about lies and mess ups
Great doctors and nurses but check in staff and schedulers could care less about the patients. It's sad but that has become the standard for parkview!
