Don't know about his actual work, but when he tells you to "shut up" because you tried to get some clarification, it immediately gives a negative opinion of that plumber
Did NOT do what I asked for and kept rambling on about stuff that didn't pertain to what I wanted done. Kicked him out finally and then had to fix the leaks that didn't leak BEFORE he messed with the plumbing! Never again for A ok INC!!
I just called and just asked if they'd be able to fix my shower (it has LITTLE TO NO PRESSURE) and I asked him for an estimate, and availability. He said "I won't be able to do it today thanks for calling." and hung up on me. I didn't even ask for him to do it today! So RUDE! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER CALLING AGAIN! HORRIBLE !
The only thing he did right was pick up the phoneand said Hello. He is a rude and unprofessional business owner.
