Great friendly and knowledgable staff but bring your wallet if you want to buy any products
Service was terrible ! Understaffed and the salesman didn't care that we were waiting , we will go to the Verizon store in Fort Wayne , hopefully with better results, we got a phone for our granddaughter, they gave her a number that gets at least 2 dozen unsolicited calls , they also did a terrible job installing her glass shield on her IPhone, very dissatisfied with the service!
I just left the Verizon store in Huntington, Indiana and the young lady working there was extremely rude and even told me I don't understand anything about how the process works. I've been with Verizon wireless for over five years and have never run into somebody with such poor customer service skills. I will not be upgrading my phone at this store only because the service was extremely bad. This occurred on December 14, 2017 just in case the manager of the store is reading the reviews to figure out who was on duty that day.
Good knowledgeable people helpful and friendly but usually understaffed.
Not even a hello from the lady there nothing we stood there for a while and then left. Won't be going back there either first impression stick
