I have a Daughter at Huntington University and recently she called me and said her car was dead and would not start. I tried to talk her through jumping the battery with a friend to no avail. Being hours away from her I felt helpless. My first thought was the local Wal-Mart. This is when I met Tony. I explained over the phone the helplessness I felt being away from my Daughter in such need and Tony assured me he would take care of her as his own. He asked for the particulars of the car and said he had the battery and would put her name on it. Due to classes and weather it was 2 days before AAA came out to Jump her car and get it running and confirmed the need for a new battery. When she arrived and asked for Tony, he assured her it would be fine and he would take care of her. The Oldsmobile she drive has a bar, across the battery and a bolt was rusted stuck. Tony again worked his magic and "did whatever it took" to get the battery installed and ultimately my Daughter taken care of. Tony is the reason I would suggest anyone drive out of their way to get service on their car at the Huntington Wal-Mart. Tony is my Hero!
These guys were fantastic. Came in with a tire problem. They fixed it for me - were very careful not to charge me for anything that wasn't necessary. Eager to please. Fantastic service. Would go there again in a heartbeat.
