Absolutely abysmal service. Booked a car, was called two hours later saying they may or may not have one for me that night. Told them to call me ASAP when they found out information either way. No call. Scrambling for another solution for my work trip now. Taking this one to corporate...unprofessional in every sense of the word.
This location just lost Enterprise a long time customer. Sure glad Avis could accommodate me!
Best customer service I've ever experienced. Cars were clean, people were curtious, and I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Highly recommended hands down

This review has nothing to do with local branches. When u call they directly send u thru a reservation call center, in which case we were sent to 3 locations that were suppose to have vehicles that in turn did not have vehicles available. Very irritating, would not recommend anyone to rent here after my experience
