Brock's Cakery is an excellent choice for your baking needs. I visited their store last week to discuss an idea I had for a birthday cake shaped like an open book. Deb took my idea, asked a few questions, and made me a perfect cake for the occasion. Not only did it look fantastic, the taste was outstanding.
